Pet Policy
Acceptable Species: dogs, cats, fish, birds. Exotic species not permitted.
Default weight limit for dogs is 55 lbs. fully grown.
Default pet limit is 2 per household maximum.
Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including: Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, German Shepherd, Bouvier des Flandres. Current vaccination records, dog breed verification and signed pet addendum are required from resident.
Pet deposit - $300 for 1 pet, 50% refundable and $400 for 2 pets, 50% refundable.
Monthly pet rent - $20
